We strive to ship quickly as possible, therefore, no cancellations or adjustments can be made. We apologize!

Am I able to initiate a return?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, you may return it to us for store credit only within 30 days of the purchase date.

Please note, some items are final sale only. Which include, items already discounted above 25% off & undergarments.

  • For a purchase to be deemed eligible for a return, all items must still be in the original packing with tags. Unworn and in the original condition.
  • Please note: Being our refund process is return for store credit only, free return labels can be provided.

What if my items are damaged or defective?

items that are deemed damaged or defective must be reported to us within 10 days of receipt for replacement.

  • Please note, if a replacement can not be completed due to inventory reasons, store credit can be issued.
